Account Director

An opportunity has arisen for an Account Director in the North East region.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Account Director/Manager with both a strong commercial awareness and a good all round knowledge of IT. You should be able to build strong long term customer relationships acting as an information delivery conduit for the customer. You should also have a strong understanding of business process that will enable you to provide customer solutions through your knowledge of IT and the TSG product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Building unbreakable relationships with your customers
• Understanding the customers’ business needs and the ways in which TSG stack products will add value to the business
• Regular customer contact and visits
• Building relationships at the highest level of the customer’s organisation
• Rapid response to all customer requests
• Identification of opportunities within the customer base for all products and services in the portfolio and acting as a bid manager for multi-product opportunities
• Customer satisfaction
