An opportunity has arisen for a Nav Support Consultant. As a Microsoft Navision Support Consultant you will be responsible for first line telephone and remote support to customers on Microsoft Navision and third party add on products.
Reporting to the Navision Support Manager, you will be required to resolve Navision support queries via telephone, email and remote access. Call management and prioritisation to ensure service levels are met are a key responsibility within this role. You will also be involved with data investigation work, report writing and involvement in any other support duties that may be required. Keeping up to date with the latest software, you will need to actively promote continuous improvement and best practice within the department.
The ideal candidate will need to have excellent accounts knowledge and a proven track record of experience supporting and developing Microsoft Dynamics Navision. Being customer focussed, you will also need to obtain an excellent telephone manner and be able to communicate to customers at a variety of levels. Attention to detail is paramount, along with the ability to manage your own personal workload. Experience and knowledge of Miracle Pay, Qlik View or Spindle and Credit Hound would be an advantage within this role
