An opportunity has arisen for a Navision Implementation Consultant/Team leader. You will be responsible for managing a team of implementation consultants to deliver projects to customers for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, looking after the North, Midlands and South projects. Within this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that you follow best practice and are consistently working in one way. This role will require you to ensure a team target of 70% chargeable utilisation is achieved for Installation, Training and Consultancy, deliver 50% utilisation and ensure that all projects by NAV teams are carried out successfully. Delivering and preparing onsite training to new and existing customers will also be a strong requirement for this role. As a Team Leader, you will need to hold quarterly team meetings, ensure all team members are fully trained to deliver projects and assist other Team Leader’s when needed. This role is likely to require you to travel and possibly stay overnight to fulfil the customer’s needs so flexibility and holding a full driving licence is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounts knowledge, including infrastructure networking technologies and proven implementation experience of successful projects in the SME market. You must be a self-starter who has robust project management and people skills. You will also need good customer facing skills, telephone manner and team player skills.
