Take full ownership for recruitment across the business.
Own and maintain the ‘recruitment tracker’, ensuring it is updated regularly.
Come up with new, innovative ideas on how to attract candidates – thinking outside of the box.
Develop and maintain a pipeline/cv bank of strong potential candidates.
Liaise with agencies where appropriate, negotiate rates etc/develop a list of key agencies and manage the relationship with them.
Constantly review the effectiveness of recruitment methods, implementing change when required.
Provide support to managers across the business (up to board level) on all aspects of recruitment – reviewing and developing Job Descriptions/adverts, supporting with interviews.
Development and delivery of internal training sessions on recruitment process/best practice to our managers.
Manage TSG Linked In recruitment page.
Conduct market research and salary benchmarking when required.
IT recruitment experience would be an advantage.
Recent experience of In House recruitment is essential.
