Senior Telecoms Specialist

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of targets as defined throughout the year
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of TSG Telecom product portfolio
  • Maintain accreditation and training in accordance with role competencies and supplier partner requirements
  • Engage TSG clients and prospects in a consultative manner to identify and advise suitable product solutions and propositions
  • Demonstrate a sound knowledge of TSG Guru methodology
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasting throughout the month and quarter
  • Proactive pipeline generation and ADAM generated pipeline qualification
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline in accordance with target and conversion levels
  • Production of high quality customer communication and proposal documentation

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Robust work ethic reflective of position responsibility
  • Collaborative and Resourceful in achieving goals
  • Positive and Energetic in all activities undertaken
  • Pace and adaptability to change
  • Conduct role with high level of integrity and honesty
  • Have extensive experience in customer facing technical sales position [min 3 within Telecom sector]
  • Demonstrate experience and skills gained from successful career within technical sales environment
