The EnterpriseGCM suite comprises leading software designed to make the operation of a Golf Club simpler, smoother and more efficient. At the heart of the solution is EnterpriseMRM, one of the UK's most popular and comprehensive Membership Management System. Also included in the standard suite is a competition and score processing system providing comprehensive reporting against many different formats of play and also delivers thorough handicap management to CONGU standards.

As optional extra's, the suite provides one of the UK's most flexible scheduling packages for tee times, lessons and other resources, all of which can be booked and displayed in a wall chart style showing existing bookings and availability at a glance.

Also optional in our Golf Club Software are Point of Sale solutions for the Pro Shop and Club House using the latest touch screen technology and of course, fully integrated with the membership database and accounting system.

EnterpriseGCM Booking System - A fast and comprehensive booking system for tee times, buggy hire and lessons

The EnterpriseGCM Booking System is one module available from the full suite of Golf Course Management Software.

The Booking Systems is a comprehensive multi-course booking diary allowing full control of:

The Booking System can be fully integrated with the EnterpriseGCM Member and Visitor Database and details can be passed through to our Point of Sale Tills to process any monies due.

Point of Sale

Your retail Point of Sale solution does not have to be separate from your membership and stock systems
With an integrated Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) solution your stock system in Sage and your membership database can all be linked into one system. Some benefits of such a system are:

  • Sales are written back into the Enterprise database for historical recording purposes and for subsequent updating to your accounting package
