Graduate Opportunities
TSG has recently introduced Graduate roles within the business to offer Graduates the opportunity to come and join us after completing their degree.
Finding a real job with real prospects after you graduate is a challenge in itself, which is why we have introduced this new scheme of graduate roles in order to help you get you on your way. Being young and wanting to grow with direction is something we understand, it’s where we are also, and we want you to grow with us.
Here at TSG, people stand out for their commitment, dedication, drive, teamwork, boundless energy and passion for their area of expertise. Working alongside some of the best technical people in the industry you will be learning about the way we do things and the reasons why. Working on big, real projects, you'll pick up a desirable blend of technical, business and soft skills.
To get you started we will provide you with a competitive salary, generous holidays, Cycle-to-Work scheme, as well as exceptional training and development. Whether it’s business or personal skills training, you’ll be able to draw on a huge variety of courses that we offer, from classroom learning to e-learning. You’ll work in a friendly environment with talented colleagues. Given the size and scale of our business you’ll experience huge variety in the work that you’ll get involved with and you’ll work with a range of clients across all types of business.
Being a local provider doesn’t just mean that we think locally... and in your new graduate role you will find that out too.
In fact, while we have a local identity we actually have over 500 employees and we are large enough to cover the whole country.
We don’t just want you to have the same surroundings day in and day out and as a national company we provide the opportunity to travel around the UK visiting colleagues and customers from all over and giving you a greater insight to what TSG does and how we operate. With real projects, real clients and real responsibility from day one, it’s a chance to transfer your knowledge into the real world on a realistic program that will support and develop you further.
