TSG CHANGE OF FINANCIAL YEAR END
TSG has changed Financial Year End from October to March. Therefore our most recent Financial Year ran from 1st November 2007 to 31st March 2009. The accounts for this 17 month period will be filed before 31st January 2010 in line with regulatory requirements.
Please be aware that some credit reference agencies have not reflected the change of our Year End on their websites and this may be reflected in our credit rating. We are doing our upmost to address this issue and TSG would like assure our customers, suppliers and staff that our Year End Accounts for the period to 31st March 2009 are not overdue.
