A range of professional Training solutions from TSG

At TSG we design and deliver professional, targeted training giving your business the confidence, knowledge, and skills you need to use your IT solutions effectively. We make sure our training is both practical, and directly related to applying the skills you need within your business.

All our training is run by skilled IT professionals and trainers, and is supported by back up course materials designed to support you well after the training itself.

There are 3 main training solution areas that TSG provide:

On- site installation training

Whenever you work with TSG to install new application or equipment, initial installation training will always be part of the solution that you invest in from the start.

Your TSG account manager will recommend the training package you need in order to integrate the new solutions into your business, and training will be delivered by our consultants and trainers directly within your business.

With business software installation particularly this also allows for your specific business processes and data to be incorporated into the training, which means you get maximum value from the training.

On-site bespoke training

When you have new starters within your business, add additional modules to what you use, or perhaps you simply need to ‘skill up’, to make more efficient use of what you have, then you will need tailored on-site training to meet your needs.

TSG will provide half or full day sessions of tailored training across the range of products that we sell and support using our professional consultants and trainers.

Cost effective workshop training

Many of our small and medium size business customers have found it is often 1 or 2 key people within their business that they need to update or refresh their skills. This means that attending centralised training workshops become the most cost effective way of accessing the training they need.

TSG run a full range of workshop training courses for key products and modules that we support. These practical hands on workshops are held at various TSG offices around the UK, and include in the delegate price an invaluable reference workbook for attendees to use time and time again after the course.
