As a helpdesk, TSG provide remote support to any IT issues that we raise. Calls are dealt with promptly and it’s reassuring to know that help is only a phone-call away. The staff on the helpdesk have the knowledge to deal with most of our problems straightaway so it’s comforting to know that help is at the end of the line.
