TECHNOLOGY SERVICES GROUP ACQUIRES THE PEGASUS AND
INFRASTRUCTURE CUSTOMER BASE OF GATEWAY COMPUTING

Technology Services Group Ltd (TSG) has acquired the Pegasus and infrastructure customer base of IT Software and Support provider Gateway Computing as part of an on-going strategy to provide a “one stop” local IT service to businesses across the UK. This acquisition involved the purchase of a supported base of just under 70 customers and the transfer of one member of staff to TSG.

TSG is one of the UK’s leading IT companies and supports thousands of customers throughout the UK, from Aberdeen to Southampton. To date we have acquired over twenty businesses and have built a UK-wide service network with 14 regional offices and around 460 employees providing complete IT services to small and medium sized businesses.
