Sophisticated record management allows campaigns to be targeted and managed and with full interfacing with Microsoft Office, your documents are generated within software you will already be comfortable and familiar with.
TSG's charity membership software, EnterpriseSCS, can be easily upgraded to EnterpriseMRM, thereby providing the added capabilities of subscription management, event management, unlimited attributes, corporate records and direct debits amongst some of the other features available.
Membership Software for Donations, Grants and Pledges
Maintaining the approach of having all donor and beneficiary data in one place, Enterprise provides for the processing of donations and grants directly within the database with a link to Sage and Pegasus to remove the need for repeated entry of the same data.

Management of declarations - either single or multiple declarations, written or orally given
Covenant handling
Unlimited declarations may be configured and unlimited declarations may be assigned to donors
Simple reclaim process that also allows you to determine the level of potential tax available to reclaim at any point
Production of a substitute R68(New) Tax Reclaim document that can be submitted directly to the Inland Revenue
Tax reclaim history is maintained automatically
Report on those donations that would be available for reclaim if valid declarations were added for followup etc
