The world of the Internet provides vast opportunities to communicate with your members more efficiently. Whilst many organisations have informative websites, we are now being asked to extend their capability by interacting with their back office database.

EnterpriseMRM PortalPlus has been designed to allow you to quickly add interactive forms to your website to enable your members to communicate and transact directly with your back office membership database.

Our Membership Management Software for Sage and Pegasus provides a series of standard screens and functions which can be added to your existing website allowing your members to maintain their own details, subscribe, buy products or register onto your events.

  • Quick and easy implementation
Registration and Log In
  • The standard screens allow new contacts to register themselves onto the website using their email address with full password control
  • Forgotten passwords are easily remedied by the standard utilities with the website automatically emailing the password after the completion of an optional security question
  • Optional email verification process to reduce mistyped or non-existant email accounts being used
  • Registration prompts with a series of on screen boxes to complete. The boxes that appear are selectable from a list of those data fields provided by the membership software
  • Online Postcode addressing can be provided allowing for fast and accurate data entry (additional licence charge for the PAF is required for this option)
  • A customisable confirmation email is automatically sent to all new registrants
  • Email validation where a new registrant has to click on a link within an email in order to validate the account is a system option
     
Customisable Screens
  • The information of each member or visitor that is shown on the website can be displayed on a series of user defined screens thereby creating your own view
  • As with EnterpriseMRM, each category of record may have a different set of fields available
  • For existing members, the screens will show with the data already completed allowing the member to update as little or as much of the data as you require
  • Fields may be set as mandatory, editable or just visible
  • Entry ranges may be applied to dates and numbers enforcing a valid range and text fields can be defined to meet minimum or maximum length requirements
  • Feature to allow your contacts to upload images such as photographs or company logos complete with online resizing to predefined dimensions and file formats
  • Upload image files for photo ID or company logo's
Event Registration
  • Based on data already entered within the Event Manager module
  • Members or non-members may register themselves on to any of the events that you allow
  • Delegates can enter their credit card details online in a secure environment or be invoiced on account
  • Events may be grouped together for display purposes or shown individually
  • Events may be turned on or off for website booking and waiting lists can be brought into operation when the Event is full
  • Multiple delegate bookings are allowed for delegates from the same organisation
  • New delegates can also be added 'on the fly'
  • Multiple price lists can cater for member, non-member and concessionary price structures. Prices may be determined on a category by category basis
  • More than one event can be booked in a single session with a single payment taken
  • Live availability of spaces available may be optionally configured (coming soon)
Online Subscriptions
  • Prospects, if allowed may join by taking one or more of the subscriptions available from our Membership Software, EnterpriseMRM
  • Existing members may renew existing subscriptions or subscribe to other options
  • Existing members may cancel online if this function is enabled
Product Sales
  • Product details may be uploaded to the website from your Membership Management Software for Sage with their appopriate price lists
  • Products may be grouped for easier management and selection at the website
  • Extended descriptions for your products may be added such as abstracts from publications
  • Extended information such as authors or ISBN numbers may also be stored
  • Product images may be sent to the website to display alongside your product details
  • Customisable producy search engine available
  • Ability to configure related products
     
Record Search
  • Customise different searches for different purposes i.e. a public search or a member-to-member search
  • Specify which fields are used in the search engine even combining multiple database fields into a single search option
  • Specify which fields are used in the results output
  • Restrict which categories of records may perform a search
  • Restrict which categories of records are included within the search results
  • Multiple views available for output
  • User custmoisable sort order for the results including a random order option
Shopping Basket
  • The shopping basket allows the member to review all purchases, subscriptions or event registrations
  • Credit cards can be taken online and verified with the details passed to a secure trading partner or sent to the back office for processing
  • As an option, you may allow members to selected the 'Invoice Me' option which will prompt for an order umber and allow the entry of an alternative invoice address
  • Confirmation emails, customised to that of the organisation will be automatically sent
  • Delivery address prompt when sending tangible objects
  • CV2 and Address verification options available
My Account
  • The my account feature allows the user to view the status of current orders
  • Definable order status descriptions
  • Option to include other purchases such as event registration and subscription payments
Authorisation and Review
  • All data has to be authorised before it will automatically update your back office membership software database
  • If back office credit card processing is utilised then credit cards are authorised at the review stage
  • Data that is not authorised may be retained for future follow up or deleted if it is not required
  • Amendments made on the website are recorded on the contact record within the membership software automatically
3rd Party Integration
  • A webservice function is available that allows a host website or other third party to query the authentication details securely to allow login to restricted content on the host site
