Multiple Currency Processing

Enterprise has the standard capability of handling multiple currencies if required. The standard screens are enhanced with additional processing fields only if this option is enabled ensuring the screen is not cluttered with unnecessary input requirements.

If you enable use of foreign currency then the following additional options are available to you.

• Configurable subscription pricing by currency
• Configurable bank accounts by currency
• Configurable records by currency
• Currency exchange rate maintenance table
• Automatic calculation and posting to your accounting package of exchange gains and losses
• Transaction History displayed in both base and originating currencies

Even though you may not require multiple currency processing capabilities today, EnterpriseMRM is ready and capable should the UK decide to adopt the Euro.
