Zen Office broadband services are ideal for businesses utilising technologies such as Video conferencing and Virtual Private Networking.
With the advantage of traffic prioritisation, Zen Office services provide minimum speeds of service twice that of our regular broadband packages during periods of high traffic activity.

Zen Office Broadband Service Features

• £40.00 one-off fee for New Activations
  Unless you are migrating from another Broadband provider to Zen, a one-off activation fee is applicable
   
• One Month Minimum Contract
  Your contract with Zen is only on a rolling monthly basis, unlike many other ISPs who state a 12 month minimum 
   
• Traffic Prioritisation 
  Zen Office provides a minimum speed of service twice that of Zen 8000 services, through traffic prioritation on the BT network
   
• UK based, premier Customer Service & Technical Support 
  Our locally based team of skilled Customer Service and Technical Support representatives are here to answer your enquiries
   
• Local Rate Calls to Sales, Customer Service & Technical Support 
  All calls to Zen are charged at local rate (0845), unlike many other ISPs who use expensive 0870 numbers
   
• Unlimited uploads 
  Upload data is not included in your usage allowance, therefore you can upload as much information to the Internet as you require
   
• 11 POP3 Mailboxes 
  Each Broadband account has the option of having up to 11 POP3 mailboxes associated with it. One of these is provided as standard upon order confirmation and the remaining 10 are able to be personalised via your account in the Zen Customer Portal
   
• E-mail Anti-Virus Protection 
  Zen uses a virus definition database that can be updated atleast 5 times a day, long before anything can reach your mailbox
   
• 2GB Web space 
  1GB is provided as standard upon order confirmation. Another 1GB can be allocated, personalised and managed via your account in the Zen Customer Portal. These two separate blocks of Web space can be used for the development of Websites
   
• Choice of 1 or 8 static IP addresses 
  Choose from either 1 or 8 free static IP addresses when you purchase Zen Broadband, saving you up to £28 per month compared to some competitors' charges
   
• Back-up dial-in account 
  If for any reason your Broadband connection temporarily fails, you can still access important emails using the back-up dial-in account
   
• Global access to your e-mail with Zen Webmail
  Check your Zen email account from anywhere in the world using the zen.co.uk home page

• Actual download speeds will be no higher than 7,150Kbps
• BT Wholesale estimates that 78% of customers will achieve download speeds of 4Mbps and above.
• Fluctuation in line speed is expected to occur within the first 10 days of service whilst your line speed adapts to the maximum it can reliably support.
• It is likely that speeds no greater than 2Mbps will be achieved at peak usage times.
