A one-off activation fee of £315 is applicable for all Zen SDSL services. This charge is a direct charge from BT.
- Twelve Months Minimum Contract
Your SDSL contract with Zen is for a minimum of 12 months
- Low Contention
Zen SDSL services benefit from low contention on the BT network. Contention determines how many potential other subscribers share the network bandwidth.
- Truly Unlimited Broadband
Zen SDSL services offer a genuinely uncapped service. With no restrictions or bandwidth limitations imposed on uploads or downloads, our flatrate charging scheme makes it easier for you to predict and manage your Business SDSL costs.

- Local Rate Calls to Sales, Customer Service & Technical Support
All calls to Zen are charged at local rate (0845), unlike many other ISPs who use expensive 0870 numbers.
- 11 POP3 Mailboxes
Each SDSL Broadband account has the option of having up to 11 POP3 mailboxes associated with it. One of these is provided as standard upon order confirmation and the remaining 10 are able to be personalised via your account in the Zen Customer Portal.
- E-mail Anti-Virus Protection
Zen uses a virus definition database that can be updated atleast 5 times a day, long before anything can reach your mailbox.
- 2GB Web space
1GB is provided as standard upon order confirmation. Another 1GB can be allocated, personalised and managed via your account in the Zen Customer Portal. These two separate blocks of Web space can be used for the development of Websites
- Choice of 1 or 8 static IP addresses
Choose from either 1 or 8 free static IP addresses when you purchase Zen Broadband, saving you up to £28 per month compared to some competitors' charges.
- Back-up dial-in account
If for any reason your Broadband connection temporarily fails, you can still access important emails using the back-up dial-in account. Calls are charged at the local BT call rate.
