At TSG, we are continually striving to offer the best value products and services to our customers and have developed our TSG landline products to deliver a cost effective lines and calls solution, backed by exceptional customer service and technical support. We can take over your existing lines and calls provision from your current supplier, or install new lines to best meet the telecoms needs of your business.

Who would use it?

Very few companies will not utilise some form of business landline connections. In general, the lines used by companies are split into four categories, which may be used singularly or in combination by your business.

  • Single Analogue (Business or Residential Analogue Line)
Single Analogue lines provide the most basic of voice/data connection, yet still provide the majority of orders placed with Openreach. They can be used to make and receive voice calls and they are often also used as dedicated fax, broadband, alarm and lift lines.

  • Multi Lines (Multi Analogue Business Line)
A multi-line is a group of analogue lines comprising of the main exchange line and additional auxiliary lines on one single telephone number, which allows for incoming calls to an engaged line to be passed to the next line available.

  • ISDN2 Lines (Digital Standard and Digital System)
ISDN2 are digital telephone lines that allow customers to have two or more simultaneous voice calls over a single copper line.

  • ISDN30 Lines
ISDN30 are high performance voice and data services for modern businesses, suitable for offices requiring eight lines or more. Each ISDN30 connection provides between 8 and 30 independent 64k channels.

TSG are able to transfer ownership of these lines from any supplier who uses the BT Openreach network and provide brand new installations. TSG can also take over your calls, greatly reducing the rates your business pays for calls to local, national, mobile, non-geographic and international destinations.

How can it help?

TSG Landline solutions can offer your business huge savings on both your line rentals and call charges, often up to as much as 40% against typical BT retail rates, freeing up expenditure to be invested in other parts of your business.
