Vision & Values
Our vision for TSG is “to provide unrivalled levels of service to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in the UK, to ensure they maximise their individual investment in Information Technology.”
Today, TSG’s vision has changed and grown through an aggressive acquisition strategy so that now it provides a local professional service but on a national scale and with a national brand identity.

Here at TSG we share one focus and that is how to achieve this mission. Four hundred TSG staff got together to review and input to our mission, vision and values, and produced a statement of key service behaviours that everyone at TSG needs to display:

- To take ownership of issues and accept responsibility for them
- To show a positive attitude and positive mental make-up, striving towards high standards of performance
- To understand the individual needs and requirements of customers
- To work as a united team, working cooperatively and supportively with colleagues

- To plan and organise and overcome barriers in order to deliver our promise
