TSG extends IT support service hours for SystemCare customers*
We recognise that a growing number of our customers operate outside of standard office hours, and that during these times a need for urgent IT support can be even more important than during normal working hours. To ensure our customers have access to support during such times we have extended our SystemCare support service to offer full Weekend IT Support and therefore access to our telephone and remote support services for even longer, every day.
Your business can now benefit from the peace of mind that your IT system is being actively supported by TSG specialists for longer each day. Our extended support hours will provide TSG SystemCare customers with access to telephone and remote support services for technical support during the following times:

NOTE: Option 1 will be included as part of the standard SystemCare service. Weekend IT Support (Option 2) is available at an additional cost to your existing SystemCare contract.
