TSG Elementary’s purchase requisition system (PRS) seamlessly integrates with Sage 200 to open up the system to all users and eliminate the need for rekeying of information and unnecessary duplication of effort.

Requests and approvals are fully automated through a series of intuitive screens and alerts allowing orders to be tracked without the file / store / locate issues that create additional and unproductive demands on staff time.

Purchase requests are automatically passed through for authorisation and simple dashboards show current spend, outstanding requests and existing commitments. Orders are tracked all the way to goods received, with the originator able to confirm that all is satisfactory, to ensure a full audit trail and compliance.
