Weekend IT Support

We recognise that a growing number of our customers operate outside of standard office hours, and that during these times a need for urgent IT support can be even more important than during normal working hours.

Your business can now benefit from the peace of mind that your IT system is being actively supported by TSG specialists for longer each day and also at weekends. Our extended support hours will provide TSG SystemCare customers* with access to telephone and remote support services for technical support during the following times:




OPTION 1 - Weekdays (excluding bank holidays) Included as part of Standard SystemCare package



OPTION 2 - Weekends (excluding bank holidays)



NOTE: Option 1 will be included as part of the standard SystemCare service. Weekend IT Support (Option 2) is available at an additional cost to your existing SystemCare contract.

* Where proactive monitoring is installed as part of the service.
