There are 3 main training solution areas that TSG provide:

On- site installation training

Whenever you work with TSG to install new application or equipment, initial installation training will always be part of the solution that you invest in from the start.

Your TSG account manager will recommend the TSG training package you need in order to integrate the new solutions into your business, and training will be delivered by our consultants and trainers directly within your business.

With business software installation particularly this also allows for your specific business processes and data to be incorporated into the training, which means you get maximum value from the training.

On-site bespoke training

When you have new starters within your business, add additional modules to what you use, or perhaps you simply need to ‘skill up’, to make more efficient use of what you have, then you will need tailored on-site training to meet your needs.

TSG will provide half or full day sessions of tailored training across the range of products that we sell and support using our professional consultants and trainers.

Cost effective workshop training

When looking to upgrade the skills of your teams, or introducing new software products, many of our customers find it cost effective to bring together groups of delegates for on-site workshop training. At TSG we can take core software tools that you may be using such as Microsoft Excel, Pegasus XRL, or other user applications, and put together training workshop days where you can train up to 10 members of staff at a time.
