TSG implements SystemCare IT Support for REHIS
The Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS) has been promoting environmental health across Scotland for over 130 years. It does so by promoting education, awarding qualifications, and publishing research.
The Edinburgh-based Environmental Health Institute has 12 employees and it also communicates regularly with its 1000-strong membership. An independent and self-financing charity, REHIS is the awarding body for the environmental health profession in Scotland. It is the focus for developments and good practice in its field.

The customer objectives
The Environmental Health Institute needed an IT service to help avoid timewasting problems such as viruses, printing problems and an overworked server. And for those surprise IT glitches, the Institute were looking for a quick response from IT experts who could diagnose and fix problems effectively.
REHIS Chief Executive Tom Bell explains that TSG’s brief is essentially ‘to continue to provide good IT support and advice and to help us maintain our systems.’
