TSG implements IT Support for ESPA
ESPA Limited provides a continuum of high quality specialist residential, further educational, day and domiciliary services designed to meet the needs of individuals with an autism spectrum disorder and related conditions.
The specialist college had no structured IT systems, no IT resource and no internal electronic communications, each site operated independently, duplicating effort and high operating costs.
We carried out a BTA in order to evaluate the business, existing IT systems and therefore develop an IT Strategy. This identified requirement for company-wide infrastructure, internal communications, centralised network resources and a unified approach to IT delivery.
An IT Strategy was developed that over a 3 year programme of activity created a stable organisation wide network, with networked applications and centralised management. The IT is delivered within a TSG Managed Service, freeing ESPA resources to focus on the delivery of services to their clients.
