CRM Consultant

We are looking for experienced CRM consultants to focus on the full lifecycle, from gathering requirements, managing development and training end users. We offer a broad portfolio of design, configuration, training, project management and integration services for customers deploying CRM solutions to solve their business problems.
Main duties and responsibilities include:

Conduct Consultancy role:

  • Analyse business requirements
  • Make recommendations to customers based on solutions in product stack and the needs of the customer’s business
  • Write documentation to Guru standard
  • Install and implement software
  • Configure solutions to meet customer’s business needs
  • Conduct user training
  • Project manage small to medium sized projects
  • Scoping, data migration, training, support
  • Manage customers
  • Provide technical assistance to rest of the business
  • Support provision to the Support team on ad-hoc basis
  • Participate in the RFS process with CRM team

We are looking for candidates who have the following knowledge, skills and experience -

  • Excellent communication skills and Business Acumen
  • Team focussed but able to self-start and motivate
  • In depth technical knowledge of CRM and associated products 
  • Expert knowledge of projects and product life cycle
  • Experience of implementing CRM software
  • Strong Client facing skills
  • Excellent requirement gathering

Recognised software based accreditations are required. Travel and potential overnight stays may also be required to fulfil the customers’ needs and the role.
