Contracts Administrator
Job PurposeTo be responsible for all TSG contracts data and ensuring that the CRM and Financial systems are kept updated.Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the accurate input and management of all contracts data
- Processing of contract invoices
- Effective evaluation and interpretation of all contracts information
- Working closely with the sales and technical teams
- Liaising with customers for all contract based queries
- Promoting continuous improvement and best practice within the department
- Ensuring the CRM and Financial Systems are updated
- Responsible for the despatch of new and renewal maintenance contract packs
- Liaising with suppliers, and working closely with TSG Purchase Ledger
Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceYour qualifications
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, (English and Maths is essential)
Your skills & knowledge
- IT literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail is paramount along with the ability to manage personal workload and work on your own initiative
- Confident, pro-active approach to work
- Being able to work independently or as part of a team
Your experience
- Experience of working within an Office Administration environment beneficial.
- Experience of raising customer invoices and using accounting software
- Organisational and time management skills are essential
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and proactively seeks opportunities to improve the contracts service
