Trafford Housing Trust is a profit-for-purpose housing association providing a variety of housing options for over 18,000 customers.

The trust offers a range of CQC-registered care and support homes for its ageing customers, as well as sheltered accommodation and extra care housing.

Trafford Housing also builds and maintains homes for all ages in addition to providing help for its residents who are overcoming cashflow problems and mental health issues.

The challenge 

Trafford Housing recognised the need to replace its paper-based tenant onboarding process with prompts, gated steps and complete documentation to ensure an efficient and streamlined process.
