Senior Customer Success Manager
What is your role here at TSG & how do you support our customers?
I am Senior Customer Success Manager and I support customers in a variety of sectors but my main vertical is Professional Services.
My role is to support the customers aligned to me throughout their journey with TSG. I work hard to build a relationship with my customers where I understand their business objectives and challenges and build IT roadmaps with them to identify how IT can help them achieve and overcome these.
Tell us a little bit about your professional work history and the most important things you learned about building strong partnerships with customers
I have worked in a customer focused environment for the last 25 years having worked in the airline industry for over 20 years ahead of joining TSG at the start of 2017. After several years of managing a team dealing directly with the airline’s customers, I first moved into a technology related role back in 2005.
I managed the same airline’s IT Service Desk to provide internal IT support to the airline to deliver exceptional customer service with the mission statement of ‘putting the customer at the heart of everything we do’.
I moved to TSG because I wanted to work with another company that embraced these same values and definitely made the right choice.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re logged off from work?
I discovered a love of running a few years ago after joining a Couch to 5k group in my local area and have completed many runs since, up to half marathon distance. I also love walking and am very fortunate that I live in the beautiful North-East of England so never run out of fantastic places to explore.
