Customer Success Manager

What is your role here at TSG & how do you support our customers?

My role at TSG is that of Customer Success Manager. The purpose of my role is to understand our customers business objectives and work with our technical teams to ensure that their IT estate facilitates these goals.

Tell us a little bit about your professional work history and the most important things you learned about building strong partnerships with customers

I started life in Brunei, before living in The Hague, Gabon, and Houston, and ending up in Aberdeen where I completed my studies and have lived since 2000. Given my location, I naturally chose the Oil and Gas industry to establish my career. My career has centred around recruitment, both internal and external, and account management. Although the tasks are different, both roles require the need to build strong, trusted, and lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers. Regardless of the industry, effective communication is at the heart of every relationship and the ability to do what you say you will, is the start of a great foundation.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re logged off from work?

I am lucky to have a little boy so when I am not at work, I enjoy spending time in the outdoors with my husband and son. We are keen gardeners and are most often seen covered in mud!
