What is your role here at TSG & how do you support our customers?

I’m a Senior Service Design Lead here at TSG.

With my applications background, I get involved in the Microsoft Platform, specialising in ERP transformations from various solutions from Business Central to D365 Sales.

Again with my background, I’m often involved to have those early questions around changing applications, when looks to be the best time, what is involved, how much time customers need to invest etc.

Tell us a little bit about your professional work history and the most important things you learned about building strong partnerships with customers

I’m lucky enough not to have just worked in set industries – throughout my many (18) years with TSG, I’ve worked with everything from growing tomatoes to pharmaceutical companies to high investment businesses.

After leading Applications in TSG for many years, its been great to work on the front foot with customers, supporting them in their transformation journeys and being able to offer that consultative approach learnt through delivery.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re logged off from work?

You’re likely to find me in a swimming pool! I race as a competitive masters swimmer and currently hold a number of British (individual) and European (Team) Records. If I’m not swimming, I’m there officiating whilst the rest of the family are and transporting them around the south east to competitions. Any spare time, you can find me in the gym, in a pool or on a bike!
