Senior Customer Success Manager
What is your role here at TSG & how do you support our customers?
I work as a Senior Customer Success Manager at TSG. I started with the business back in 2007 and predominantly work remotely from my home in Chandler’s Ford, located between Winchester and Southampton, in Hampshire. I have 30 years’ experience working within a technical environment, and over my 14 years with TSG I have covered a variety of customer driven roles, supporting with both technical sales queries and customer account management.
I have a real passion for customer service and one of the things I pride myself on is how well I will work with customers to solve any challenges they come across, and as a result achieving the right outcome for their business. I believe that every customer, every business, and every goal a company is trying to achieve is different from the next. As such, I will make sure I adapt my style, accordingly, listening to the customer’s needs, challenges and queries bringing forward beneficial, useful solutions so they can get the most out of our partnership. I am there to help customers maximise the return on investment they are getting through their technology.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re logged off from work?
When I am not busy supporting our customers, I love to be active, I particularly enjoy snowboarding, windsurfing and paddle boarding. I also like playing golf and can get around most courses without overly embarrassing myself! When I am not taking part in sports, I also enjoy watching them, particularly cricket and football.
