What is your role here at TSG & how do you support our customers?
I’m Richard McGrath, Senior Customer Success Manager within the Housing sector. I typically interact with customers each quarter and onboard new Housing clients at the start of their relationship with TSG.
Tell us a little bit about your professional work history and the most important things you learned about building strong partnerships with customers
I’ve enjoyed several roles over my career starting out in sales working for some of the leading brands within the photography market, before moving to the insurance industry where I worked for the UK’s leading motorcycle insurer.
The roles that I performed here really appealed to my strengths of relationship building, project and programme delivery and strategic planning and delivery roles with occasional forays into coaching.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re logged off from work?
I am a season ticket holder at Coventry City and I also enjoy photography and walking. My partner and I also have a caravan, so I always try to make the most of any opportunity for a few days away.
