What is your role here at TSG & how do you support our customers?

I’m a Customer Success Manager who specialises in Manufacturing, Engineering, Real Estate and Construction.

Tell us a little bit about your professional work history and the most important things you learned about building strong partnerships with customers

I worked in the Oil & Gas Industry for 14 years, the last 7 years of it specialising in offshore health and safety training.

I then started in customer services roles right from leaving school and have always enjoyed building rapport with customers to strengthen business relationships resulting in success for customers.

I enjoy helping customers achieve their goals and going the extra mile – after all, integrity is everything.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re logged off from work?

In my free time, I enjoy walking (with my dog), travelling, being a foodie, photography and keeping fit.

I’m also a massive family person – time is the best gift you can give.
