What is your role here at TSG & how do you support our customers?

I’m the Senior Service Design Lead here at TSG, specialsing in the Professional Services, Manufacturing, Engineering and Healthcare sectors.

I tend to get involved at an early stage of delivery, working with our clients and consultancy teams to explore requirements and design an appropriate solution. Generally, I will stay involved throughout design and delivery phases, supporting clients and their staff through successful deployment and adoption.

Tell us a little bit about your professional work history and the most important things you learned about building strong partnerships with customers

I have worked in the IT sector for over 10 years across technical, service, and commercial teams. This has enabled me to experience the industry from a number of different perspectives and understand the role it plays in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Today, I predominately help leadership teams understand and solve their business software and data challenges – helping them to streamline their value chain and make better decisions through leveraging their data.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re logged off from work?

I’m a big F1 fan and try to attend at least one race a year. I’m also self-studying music production and DJ in my local town on the odd weekend.
