TSG awarded tenth Microsoft Gold competency

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve added another Microsoft Gold competency to the existing accreditations we hold, taking our overall number to 10.

Our latest addition is the Gold Cloud Platform Competency, which demonstrates our experts’ qualifications in Microsoft cloud platforms and Azure, as well as our capabilities in delivering modern, cloud-based infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure.

These competencies evidence the host of Microsoft-accredited qualifications held by our experts and our commitment to delivering Microsoft solutions at the highest level.

Gold competencies require partners like TSG to have a certain number of specialists qualified with specific Microsoft accreditations. Additionally, testimonies from customers are required to demonstrate the solutions deployed and supported by TSG are fit-for-purpose and the partner’s customer service is of the highest level.

TSG’s Training and Development Manager, David Filmer, who is responsible for identifying training requirements, commented: “We’re delighted not only to receive this additional Microsoft Gold competency, but to retain the competencies that we’ve held for a long time.

“While these qualifications are a testament to our highly accredited staff, we place customer service at the heart of everything they do. My role is to identify potential skills gaps at TSG to ensure we have appropriately trained staff delivering those solutions.

“This means we’re already equipped to implement Microsoft solutions at the highest level, but the competencies are a fantastic bonus to evidence this to our customers. In fact, we’re so committed to serving our customers’ needs, we’re often over-qualified for these competencies!”

This additional competency demonstrates to current and potential TSG customers that we’re highly qualified in deploying solutions utilising Azure as a cloud platform.
