Why are we changing our number and investing in 0333 220 0777?
Firstly, we want to ensure that you and all of your users continue to experience the level of service you’ve come to expect.
Better still, it means cheaper calls when you need to contact us.
Calls to 03 numbers will cost no more than a local or national rate call to an 01 or 02 number.
In fact, if you have free calls to local numbers as part of your inclusive minutes then calls to 03 numbers will also be free.
Ofcom has introduced 03 numbers specifically to remove confusion around chargeable 08 numbers. Especially as many 0845 are no longer included in your free minutes.
It’s also worth noting that rules for 03 numbers apply to calls from any type of line including mobile, BT, other fixed line or payphone.
You can use the new number – 0333 220 0777 – immediately.
If your contract includes out-of-hours support you’ll need to dial 0333 222 8070 outside the standard support hours between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Over the next 6 weeks, we’ll start to phase out our existing 0845 numbers. If you call after 1st July 2015 you’ll be reminded of the new number before being connected and from 1st August you will be directed to hang up and redial 0333 220 0777. From 1st September the 0845 number will cease to operate.
It’s critical that you share and use our new number – 0333 220 0777 – across your organisation, so we hope you’ll download the poster and display in a prominent position or email the A5 postcard to your colleagues.
