T00173 Junior Operations Developer
Responsible for assisting in the development of solutions based on TSG’s SystemCare platform (AEM) in line with the business requirements to improve the delivery of SystemCare to our customers. Working with Autotask Personnel and TSG colleagues to make the best use of the technology to create a market leading managed service offering.
Duties and Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and support the AEM Monitoring and remediation capabilities.
Work on reporting and visualisation of data held in multiple systems.
Problem analysis and investigation work.
Keeping up to date with the latest hardware and software technologies.
Promoting continuous improvement and best practice within the department.
Assist the Senior Operations Administrator with the day to day administration of the AEM platform.
Collaboration and Relationships:
Work closely with the Senior Operations Developer and Operations Manager to identify and address any requirements for development.
Work alongside the Internal IT team.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Relevant certifications with a development bias are desirable.
Your skills & knowledge
Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Basic understanding of C# or Java.
Good at applying quality standards to all tasks undertaken and ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
Good at understanding the needs of the internal or external customers and keeping them in mind when taking actions or making decisions.
Attention to detail is paramount, along with the ability to manage personal workload and work to your own initiative.

Be willing to visit other regional offices where necessary to attend meetings and liaise with other development resource around the business.
