T00236 Product Marketing Manager
TSG is looking for a talented Product Marketer with a passion for helping our customers and driving go-to-market positioning and messaging for technology solutions in our verticals. This role will focus on defining a strategic narrative through the lens of our key verticals and providing a comprehensive view of the market to create messaging and solution positioning. Candidates will have a passion for taking the complex and making it simple, and for marketing through relevant and compelling stories.
This role requires a combination of technical/CRM knowledge to obtain a deep understanding of our products and solutions, combined with the product marketing skills to effectively communicate across multiple channels. You will also function as an internal advocate for customers in our priority market.

As a Product Marketer you will work cross-functionally to partner with product engineering, marketing, sales, customer success and our partners to deliver best-in-class engagement with our customers.
This unique role in Intellectual Property places you at the heart of innovation at TSG
- Be a champion, evangelist and product marketing engine behind the IP Cloud Solutions to drive pipeline generation and growth.
- Develop positioning, thought leadership and technical content for TSG IP Products
- Translate and adapt product functionality and benefits into compelling and relevant solution messaging for our verticals.
- Develop and quantify market insights and define major market success themes in support of overall business goals.
- Communicate and articulate the value of our solutions producing effective sales enablement and customer-facing materials, including presentations, webinars, data sheets, solution guides, use cases, demo videos and other content to support all stages of the customer journey.
- Partner with key stakeholders to shape the product strategy and provide market needs and buyer insights.
- Identify key product or solution gaps and recommend viable alternatives to closing these gaps.
- Coordinate with product launch teams to effectively bring products to market that meet the needs of our verticals
- Collaborate with Marketing team to define and drive innovative awareness and demand generation strategies to support business objectives.
- Ensure TSG is viewed as thought leader in our verticals sector and help evangelize the value of our solutions.
- Confidently present at events and webinars as a spokesperson for our IP products and solutions.
Professional Experience/Skills Required
- 5+ years’ experience in product marketing
- Proven track record of crafting value propositions, messaging and positioning, as well as storytelling experience to create compelling thought leadership and marketing content.
- Superior communication, copywriting, editing and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative products.
- Collaborative exceptional team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to deliver on the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- High energy, creative self-starter with a desire to learn and perform in a start-up-like environment, comfort with ambiguity and flexibility is required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (we also love brilliant people who didn't go to University)
