T0166 End User Service Desk Consultant
We are currently looking to recruit a customer focussed, highly organised and motivated End User Service Desk Consultant to join our existing team in Team Valley.
Within this role you will be required to remotely diagnose and repair faults in customer systems using remote access software and verbal instructions. You will ensure customer calls are responded to in a timely manner, ensure customers are kept updated with the status of their fault, update our service desk system with detailed notes and resolutions whilst ensuring a high quality of service is provided to our customers.
Key to this role is that you have a minimum 2 years’ experience of desktop and printer support, as well as Office 365 and RDS. To succeed in this role you must have a passion for delivering a first class technical customer service as well as the ability to prioritise your workload. As you will be managing multiple cases at the same time excellent organisational skills are a must along with the ability to make decisions and exhibit sound and accurate judgement.
