Prior to joining TSG in the autumn of 2007, I’d become somewhat frustrated working within smaller, localised, independent ‘IT solutions providers’. My opportunity to progress was somewhat limited – and it became clear my career wasn’t taking the path I aspired too. I knew I could offer so much more!
Upon joining as an Account Manager, TSG was quick to acknowledge the network systems infrastructure skills I had gained over the last 15 or so years (though I won’t admit exactly how many....). Today, I am really happy in my ‘Senior Specialist’ role, where I know I can make a difference.
I work with existing customers and organisations considering engaging with TSG, understanding their own set of priorities and requirements. This leads to recommending suitable and sustainable systems foundations, upon which, leading Microsoft, Sage and Pegasus business software solutions are often deployed.
As a Specialist working within a united team, I can release TSG Account Managers to concentrate on managing customer relationships and be called upon when my skills are required.
With TSG’s extensive resources and comprehensive Product Stack, I can add real value to customers. For example, I assist customers in investigating cutting-edge Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions for their operations.
I am really looking forward to my future with TSG!
