Lunch & Learn: Stock Condition Survey and Management with Soha Housing

We are excited to share our January Lunch and Learn with Soha Housing who showcased their Stock Condition Capture and Reporting solution built on the Microsoft platform. 

Soha undertakes stock condition reports on over 5,000 properties and required a solution that integrated into their current Housing Management Solution and provided off-line iPad friendly data capture and data insights. 

Working in close partnership with Soha, TSG has developed a Microsoft-based solution utilising Dataverse and Canvas Apps to allow their surveyors to undertake condition surveys and confirm/update data integrated from the Housing Management Solution (HMS). 

Soha discussed the agile approach to phase one of this project (to get to a minimum viable product) and expanded on how future phases will enable 2-way data integration to their HMS and data insights utilising Power BI. 

Soha Housing appointed TSG to develop and implement a stock condition survey app, that would allow our technical staff to quickly and effectively carry out whole house condition surveys. TSG provided regular progress reports throughout the design and implementation phases, kept to time and budget, resolved issues quickly and delivered a high-quality product. I would highly recommend TSG to other clients requiring a bespoke IT solution.
