By Appointment to Her Majesty The Queen, Manufacturers of Cleaning & Hygiene Products AGMA Ltd develops, formulates and manufactures speciality chemical products that are distributed to clients across the globe from its two factory units in the North of England.
To prevent the possibility of downtime that could occur from using an ageing on-premise phone system, AGMA was looking to upgrade from its existing telephony environment to a more robust, reliable and futureproof platform.
The need to replace AGMAs unsupported equipment proved the perfect opportunity for the business to make the move to TSG’s hosted voice platform powered by Gamma Horizon. This service would provide AGMA with a fixed cost per-user, per-month and the ability to utilise mobile twinning.
A key element of the project was the removal of the single point of failure for AGMA’s communications environment, achieved by adopting a hosted cloud solution.
