    Home Group turned to TSG for a number of projects aimed at improving the way it managed its tenant-facing self-service portal, home-selling website and services website.

     

  • TSG implemented a Dynamics 365 solution which allowed the housing association to:

    • Display real-time financial and tenancy information to tenants from its housing management solution
    • Create and display alerts in tenants’ accounts for essential information to display as an alert when logging in
    • Give tenants the option to send a message to Home Group, which would display as a pop-up in CRM
    • Re-purpose the solution to take care of a number of business challenges, including two customer-facing websites
    • Populate new property details and images into Dynamics 365, which fed that information through to a website
    • Track both existing customer and prospect journeys through the house-selling website and populating CRM
