As part of our ongoing series of exclusive Microsoft training events for our customers, we’re delivering two webinar training sessions on CRM in Dynamics 365 and enhancing your solution with the Microsoft Power Platform.
These sessions are designed to provide direct engagement with our subject matter experts and further enhance your individual knowledge, helping you to get the most out of your Microsoft investments.
This focused training will be delivered in two concentrated sessions on Thursday 18th June between 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm and will aim to give you the guidance to use your system to its full potential, with the opportunity to submit your questions/use cases beforehand or during the training.

Session 1 – 10am-12pm
Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Unified Interface
- An overview of the Power Platform
- Enhancements to Dynamics 365 and specifically the new Unified Interface
- New features such as the navigation changes and system interaction and how you can benefit from them
This will also include a discussion on the implications for the present and future especially for people who aren’t using Unified Interface Apps yet
Session 2 – 2pm-4pm
Power Automate – Moving from Classic Workflows to Power Automate
- Overview of the Power Automate Platform
- How it compares to Classic D365 Workflows
- How you can get started automating your system.
We’ll be going through some common scenarios building Flows, showing not only how easy it is to switch to Power Automate, but also the added benefits and power that it brings.
