10:15am: Tips and tricks for getting started with Power Automate (Matt Collins-Jones, Senior D365 CE Consultant)

• This session will introduce the basic concepts of Power Automate, which is the successor to classic workflows in D365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft Flow. This is a powerful tool that can connect to multiple data sources, automate many business processes and empower users to do more.

12:30pm: Word templates – building, automation and branding (Ilyas Khan, Solution Delivery Manager)

• This session will go through the basics of Word templates, a great and free reporting and template generation tool. You can automate Word templates and create them to reflect your companies branding with no custom code; just easy-to-use Microsoft Word functionality.
