This series of mini demonstrations is designed to present you with a variety of useful enhancements for your Sage 200 solution. Developed by our partner Sicon, a Sage 200 Platinum Developer, these are fully integrated into the Sage 200 database, working seamlessly with existing functionality.
Design your cash flow format including bank accounts, outstanding sales and purchases, nominal budgets and ad-hoc spending. When run, it utilises your live Sage data and allows transaction forecast dates to be moved, providing an up-to-the-minute summary of your short to mid-term cash position.
Whilst Sage 200cloud includes a Fixed Assets register, this Sicon module enables users to hold a lot more information about each asset.
Additional information on which employee has been assigned the equipment, a record of scheduled servicing, a history of maintenance costs and a depreciation forecast are amongst a number of features available.
Tools to simplify the revaluation, sale or write-off of assets save valuable time too.
Get rid of paper documents and save valuable storage space by using Sicon Document Management (DMS). Users with the appropriate licence can scan and attach documents or simply drag an electronic document straight from their email into the DMS window.
Documents are indexed with a variety of search information, making retrieval of documents quicker and easier.
Sicon Audit Log is designed to track changes to designated fields in core Sage 200 modules, ensuring who, when and what amendments have been made.
You can choose which modules get tracked and whether this is done silently in the background, or you can prompt users to detail why they have made the change, giving you complete control and reassurance.
The Intercompany module has been developed for sites that have multiple companies and post transactions between them. Taking away the manual creation of sales and purchase invoices in each company (or nominal postings) is a significant time-saver, as well as reducing risk of mistakes.
Intercompany journals, stock transfer and cash book transactions are amongst a number of key features, helping simplify this process.
