Efficiency Though Collaboration: Stephen Morales – Executive Director at NASBM

Following a 20 year career in operations and finance Stephen Morales was appointed as the Executive Director of the National Association of School Business Management in September 2013.

After a spell as the Finance Director of an International School in Spain, he combined his role as Business Director at Watford with significant engagement and consultation work for the DfE becoming a familiar face at Westminster.

Working at a senior level in both the public and private sectors, he has managed significant change management and quality assurance programmes.

The Multi-Academy Trust (MAT): Clive Paskell – Business & Resources Manager at Cambridge Meridian Academies Trust

Having overseen the successful conversion of Swavesey Village College to academy status and the sponsorship of two secondary academies as part of the multi-academy trust (MAT), Clive Paskell is now working on the sponsorship of a primary school and a Free School application.

He’s also worked with a local group of primary schools to create another multi-academy trust, is Chair of the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Academies Group and represents Business Managers on Cambridgeshire CC Secondary Heads Finance Group.
