Ninja drops in to surprise TSG Trophy Day

Top Northumberland golf course Close House offered competitors at a recent golf day help from an unlikely source found lurking amongst the hazards.

Members playing at the “TSG Trophy Day” were surprised to be shown the safest routes to the greens, avoiding all preventable traps, by an IT Security Ninja courtesy of the golf club’s own IT provider Technology Services Group (TSG).

Close House are one of over 1,000 businesses that use TSG’s proactive IT Support service “SystemCare” which the IT specialists often refer to as their team of IT Ninjas.

SystemCare protects businesses against cTSG SystemCare Ninja with Alan Sheareratastrophic system failure and data loss by constantly monitoring systems behind the scenes. Businesses are often unaware of the threats and risks that are being identified and eradicated by the software until reported on by TSG – which is why SystemCare really is like having a team of IT Ninjas looking after you.

So whilst the golf members were being looked after out on the course, Close House were relaxed, safe in the knowledge that SystemCare was looking after their IT systems – even if one of the Ninjas was allowed some time to come out and play.

Golfers at the event were also entered into a prize draw to win an HP Stream 7” tablet courtesy of TSG. The 32GB tablet comes pre-installed with the latest technology available for the modern business with Windows 8.1 and a free year’s subscription to Office 365. So users are now able to experience the mobility and flexibility historically only afforded and enjoyed by larger businesses.

Local businessman Guy Stoker was later drawn as the lucky winner of the tablet.
