Rickshaw challenge sets off from TSG’s new headquarters in Newcastle
Colleagues from Zen Internet, TSG’s chosen connectivity partner, embarked upon a gruelling 135-mile rickshaw challenge from TSG’s new headquarters at Quorum Business Park in Newcastle. Their route, winding southwards using a network of B roads and country lanes, ended at Zen’s offices in Rochdale. TSG is one of Zen’s largest and longest-standing partners.
20 members of the team from Zen, including Founder and CEO Richard Tang, are completing the challenge to raise much-needed funds for Bury Hospice, a charity close to their hearts. The team at TSG believed it was only fitting to see the ‘Zenites’ off in style with a flotilla of bicycles – we hasten to add team TSG didn’t travel the full 135 miles!
Karen Finnegan, Zen’s Charity Coordinator, commented: “We’re fit and raring to go – or at least some of us are! This is a great challenge for the team and will really test our ability to work together and keep each other motivated. More than all that, we’re delighted to be doing it for such a very worthy cause.”
We wish our Zen partners the best of luck on their rickshaw challenge. If you’d like to donate, please visit Zen’s JustGiving page.
