Customer Success Manager

What is your role here at TSG & how do you support our customers?

I’m a Customer Success Manager here at TSG. I am degree qualified, having graduated with a 2:2 in Accountancy & Management Information Systems (AMIS). I have over 20 years’ experience supporting customers with their technology solutions and I joined TSG back in in 2012. I work remotely from my home in Wokingham and in my previous role I was working as a Sage 200 Consultant. This involved supporting our ERP & Pegasus customers from project kick off, through to installation & testing, as well as post installation queries. Now I am excited to support customers in their partnership with us.

What is the most important thing you have learned about building strong partnerships with customers?

One of the things I feel most passionate about is customer satisfaction. It is important to me that customers are happy with both the service they are receiving, and the product that they are purchasing. When unexpected challenges crop up, I will always look to support our customers and bring forward solutions, in order to get a resolution that they are happy with and equally one that works for their business. I want to know that our customers technology is enabling them to reach their business goals, and that they are getting the best return on investment possible.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re logged off from work?

When I am not busy supporting our customers, I am a keen sports fan, I enjoy playing golf and am currently sitting at a handicap 15.

I also like to play squash and watch most sports; I usually go to watch England play cricket a couple of times a year. I also play for the local darts team, so I enjoy that alongside socialising.
